Description

Pastry classes are suitable for all skill levels and are designed to give you an authentic taste of Croatian cuisine. The experience begins with a visit to the local fruit and vegetable market, where you will select fresh ingredients from local producers together with the chef.
During the class you will prepare several traditional Dalmatian specialties, including Splitska torta (Split cake in a glass), Bobići almond cookies, Komiška pogaća, a savory pie from the island of Vis, and Torta od rogača, a rich carob cake with almonds and orange.
The experience includes the market visit, all ingredients, the hands-on pastry class, lunch with Croatian wines, and certificates for all participants. The class can be booked as a private experience or as a shared group class.
